Theresa Swan

Theresa Swan thanks the membership of TATUCA for selecting her as one of its Scholarship recipients while she was pursing her bachelor’s degree in Education at Medgar Evers College. After graduation, she began working with New York City Department of Education as a Teacher. In 2018, she obtained her master’s degree in early childhood education at Touro College. Theresa, is guided by the motto, moving forward and upward. Therefore, it is no surprise that she is now thinking of pursuing a degree in education administration in order to become an Assistant Principal before the next step of Principal.

She truly believes TATUCA’s generosity assisted her on her pathway to her career journey.
