After completing the Executive Master of Business Administration from Fordham University, Kadeem decided that he could have a greater impact in a more meaningful way. In March of 2018, he left the United Nations and enlisted in further schooling while taking on a full-time position in the Long-Term Nursing Corporation, Cassena Care.
